Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Global Study Manager II to provide operational leadership across the study lifecycle. You will oversee study management, site operations, CROs and vendors to ensure timely, high-quality trial data. You will also guide budgeting, monitoring plans, and training, while ensuring inspection readiness and TMF quality.

As a senior member of the team, you will mentor SOMs, collaborate with CSTL, and drive cross-functional execution to meet study targets and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a life sciences or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of operational clinical trial experience required.
• Strong knowledge of study management processes and vendor oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate global study management and site operations.
• Oversee CROs and vendors, manage budgets and cost forecasting.
• Drive inspection readiness and TMF setup; ensure data quality.
• Mentor SOMs and CSTAs; interact with CSTL and cross-functional teams.
• Develop study plans, monitoring strategies, and training programs.
