American Income Life is seeking a Sr. Retention Specialist to join our team in a remote/work-from-home role. You will handle data entry, indexing, and mail processing across multiple systems, ensuring accurate, timely transactional workflows.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, can type 50 wpm, shows strong alpha-numeric recognition, and can lift up to 50 lbs. Valid driver’s license and capable use of standard office equipment are required.

Responsibilities

• Pickup/deliver mail and bank deposits as needed.
