Qualifications

• 4+ years in data labeling or quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Label and annotate data for LLM training on Premier Partner Support.

• Identify patterns in support requests to inform model improvements.
• Provide actionable feedback to tooling and engineering teams on workflows.
