You will maintain labeling accuracy, collaborate with internal teams on golden sets, and contribute to tooling improvements while communicating clearly with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in data labeling, QA, or related fields.
• Operational support experience with policy guidelines.
• Excellent written and spoken English; strong communication.
• High attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Label and annotate data for LLM training on Premier Partner Support.
• Ensure labeling accuracy and consistency per guidelines.
• Create and maintain golden sets for QA and model calibration.
• Report patterns in support requests to inform model improvements.
