EdReports is seeking a Director, Data & IT to lead data, analytics, and internal technology. You will shape the data ecosystem, governance, and BI capabilities to inform strategic decisions and improve organizational effectiveness.

The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on problem-solving, guiding data-driven decisions that advance EdReports’ mission while managing IT operations, vendors, and staff development.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience building and executing data or analytics functions, including tech initiatives.
• 3–5 years of supervision and KPI accountability for teams.
• Strong fluency in SQL and modern data platforms; experience with SaaS and data pipelines.

Responsabilités

• Hone and execute EdReports’ data and internal technology strategy to support growth.
• Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of the data ecosystem and BI dashboards.
• Oversee data governance, security, privacy, and data standards.
• Manage IT operations, vendor partnerships, and MSP oversight.
• Drive change management and cross-functional adoption of data initiatives.
