Job summary

Arta Finance is seeking a data-focused software engineer to build and scale our data infrastructure and core data pipelines. You will ingest and normalize complex financial datasets, calculate portfolio metrics, and deliver reliable data products for clients.

You will own end-to-end data ingestion, validation, and integration, while improving performance and observability across large data pipelines, BI dashboards, and internal tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in software engineering focused on reliability of production systems.
• Experience building scalable data ingestion, validation, and integration pipelines.
• Ability to optimize data-processing workflows for high-volume datasets.
• Proven work with internal tools and dashboards for BI and analytics.
• Strong design skills for reusable data schemas and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Expand global market and instrument data coverage.
• Build reusable data-processing infrastructure.
• Improve data quality and validation systems.
• Improve reliability and maintainability of production data pipelines.
• Establish better patterns for shared ownership and operational resilience.
• Backend data ingestion, validation, and integration with downstream systems.
• Frontend experiences for displaying investment data.
• Internal tooling for identifying, validating, and correcting data issues.
• Tools and workflows for onboarding new accounts and funds.
• Ongoing improvements as we support more accounts, funds, and data sources.
• Maintaining and improving BI dashboards and reporting.
• Building new metrics and views as business needs evolve.
