Job summary

• 7 years database application/management experience.
• 5 years credentialing and privileging software experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs, supervises and evaluates work activities of data team staff; hires and trains personnel.
• Sets schedules and assignments; ensures completion within time frames and targets.
• Plans and administers goals and timetables; communicates objectives clearly.
• Develops data management plans; ensures accuracy, timeliness and quality.
• Maintains compliance with regulations; optimizes credentialing database across systems.
• Collaborates with IT on vendor upgrades, testing and validations.
• Monitors knowledge of regulations; conducts performance appraisals and budgeting.
• Performs other related duties.
