Job summary

On-Demand Group seeks a Service360 Data Governance Lead for a remote contract role. The position drives data governance, readiness, and master data strategies across business and IT teams, ensuring clean, reconciled data for go-live and ongoing operations.

You will partner with Business, Data, and Implementation teams, shaping data ownership, transformation rules, and stewardship to support Day 1 readiness and long-term data quality. Remote work with enterprise-scale responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead data governance and readiness activities for Service360 program.
• Define master data requirements and ownership across data domains.
• Coordinate data cleansing, transformation, and validation for Day 1 readiness.
• Manage governance backlog, issues, and risk with escalation paths.
• Partner with data stewards and owners to ensure data quality and reconciliation.
