RTX, the world's largest aerospace and defense company, is seeking a Data Governance Integration & Automation Engineer to design scalable integration architectures and automation for RTX's enterprise data governance.

You will establish reusable integration patterns across data, metadata, governance, ETL, and data quality platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into reliable technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 7 years of experience.
• Experience with enterprise application integration, data integration, or integration engineering.
• Experience designing and developing REST APIs, OpenAPI specifications, JSON-based integrations, OAuth, and API contracts.
• Experience with Python, Java, or similar development languages.
• Experience with ETL architecture and development, SQL, and modern data platforms.
• Experience with data quality profiling, validation, rule execution, and monitoring.
• Experience with CI/CD, Git, automated testing, and deployment practices.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with internal customers and cross-functional teams across architecture, platforms, engineering, and governance to align integration solutions with RTX's enterprise data strategy and technical standards.
• Design reusable integration patterns across enterprise data, metadata, governance, and data quality platforms.
• Define API contracts, data mappings, ETL workflows, interface specifications, and integration standards to support scalable enterprise solutions.
• Develop APIs, integration services, automation scripts, and ETL pipelines to support data governance and data management processes.
• Automate metadata ingestion, synchronization, scanning, profiling, validation, and data quality workflows.
