Job summary

TrueScripts Management Services, LLC is seeking a Data Governance Analyst to define and mature our enterprise data governance program. You will work with business and technology teams to ensure data is trusted, secure, and compliant across the organization.

The role emphasizes data stewardship, metadata management, and governance policies while collaborating with information security, compliance, and legal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, data management, or related field.
• Minimum three years in data governance, data management or analytics.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, PHI, CMS or similar healthcare data standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and support enterprise data governance framework and processes.
• Document data policies, standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify critical data elements and priorities.
• Define enterprise glossaries, data dictionaries, and metadata repositories.
• Lead data stewardship programs across business areas.
• Monitor data quality and coordinate remediation with teams.
• Develop governance metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting.
