Qualifications

• 5+ years of data analysis, business systems analysis, data governance, or access management.
• PowerShell scripting experience.
• Strong SharePoint experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with RBAC and least-privilege concepts.
• Knowledge of IAM/access-governance concepts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets related to files, ownership, permissions, and retention.
• Identify data owners and access owners.
• Review folder structures and permissions.
• Decide retention, archiving, migration, or deletion strategies.
• Write PowerShell scripts to support extraction, cleanup, and remediation.
• Work with SharePoint and shared drives.
• Document access requirements and RBAC structures.
• Support folder restructuring and migration readiness.
• Track progress across many directories and stakeholders.
• Independently drive follow-up with limited oversight.
