Fathom Robotics is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to support finance and people operations by entering, updating, and verifying records such as timesheets, expenses, vendor and invoice data, and employee records. This is an entry-level, part-time remote role averaging 5–10 hours per week.

You will work from source documents in Unanet, ensure data accuracy for payroll and client billing, and help with month-end close while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role; no minimum experience required.
• Experience with data entry and HR/payroll systems preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient in spreadsheet software.
