Qualifications

• 3+ years in a data-oriented leadership or management role.
• 5+ years of experience in software/data development.
• Experience leading teams of 3 engineers or more.
• Experience in a regulated industry encouraged.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical information to diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to delegate and build team capability.
• Familiar with Atlassian and agile tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities of the data engineering team with mentorship and feedback.
• Communicate with regulators and set clear expectations.
• Manage high-responsibility workstreams with strict deadlines.

• Prioritize data-related projects from inception to delivery.
