Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in analytics, strategy, or engineering.
• Experience in business analytics reporting & visualization is essential.
• Proficiency in processing large structured and unstructured data sets.
• Experience implementing complex programs and projects.
• Knowledge of statistical methods, predictive modeling, and data mining algorithms is valuable.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL.

Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze complex business needs across Construction & Design Services.
• Develop data pipelines and predictive/prescriptive models to forecast trends.
• Create and enhance reporting solutions using BI tools and scripting languages.
• Collaborate with IT, Data Governance, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Ensure data governance and access permissions for reporting and analytics.
• Mine datasets to identify patterns and provide actionable insights.
