Job summary

The Doyle Group presents a Data Engineer opportunity for someone who enjoys building robust data pipelines and owning end-to-end data flows. The role is fully remote and focuses on designing scalable pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data integrations across ad platforms, CRMs, and internal analytics tools.

You will work on a stack aligned with senior engineers, partnering with analysts and development teams to enable analytics and AI-ready workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data engineering or backend data work.
• Strong Python, clean modular code and API experience.
• Advanced SQL in Snowflake or similar cloud warehouse.
• AWS hands-on experience and IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation).
• Experience with ELT/ETL tools like Airbyte or Funnel.io.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines from ingestion to analytics tables.
• Own ETL/ELT lifecycle including extraction, transformation, loading, orchestration, retries and backfills.
• Integrate external systems via REST APIs with OAuth 2.0 and schema drift handling.
• Configure ELT connectors and manage schedule, schema changes, and backfills.
• Support AWS infrastructure as code and contribute to Snowflake schema design and performance.
• Build data quality checks and observability for freshness, volume, and validation.
• Collaborate with analytics, media buying, and finance teams; review code and mentor teammates.
