Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering role.
• Demonstrated success in data modernization initiatives.
• Prior experience with healthcare data is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines across Databricks and Azure SQL.
• Support implementation of rules for data collaboration.
• Collaborate with product owners to ensure data model alignment.

Skills

SQL skills (complex joins, reconciliation, performance tuning)

Familiarity with Databricks

Basic understanding of data modeling

Ability to troubleshoot messy data

Excellent communication skills

Experience using Git and CI/CD tools

Education
