Job summary

Synera, Bremen / Remote in Germany, seeks a data-engineering-focused CRM & data-ops professional to own data flows, pipelines, and the superagent data layer. You will administer Salesforce, manage HubSpot integrations, and build reporting and forecasting models to drive business decisions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce admin in a B2B sales org; certification is a plus.
• Working knowledge of HubSpot or similar marketing automation.
• Strong SQL; experience building ETL pipelines and data models.
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards and forecasts.
• Comfortable with scripts, APIs, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Communicate clearly in English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Extract data from Salesforce, HubSpot, product and finance into a data warehouse.
• Build and own ETL pipelines, data models, and sync jobs across tools.
• Create forecasting and reporting layers (Power BI, CRM reports) for leadership.
• Prepare data for AI agents and expose it via APIs and connectors.
• Administer Salesforce and HubSpot; deploy changes with testing and production rollout.
• Document implementations and monitor data quality as a product.
