You will collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery, employing Excel, Word, and Acrobat, while maintaining data integrity and meeting deadlines in a remote-friendly setting.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Experience with scheduling and hosting virtual meetings.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft products.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and correct errors.
  • Remote work environment compliant with cybersecurity policies.
  • 1-2 years’ work experience in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, format, and import customer reports and data.
  • Modify and organize files for import compatibility.
  • Quality assurance checks on documents before and after import.
  • Troubleshoot file formatting and data integrity issues.
  • Ensure reliable file imports meeting standards and expectations.
  • Communicate with internal teams and customers to clarify requirements and provide updates.

Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Data & Document Integration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in onboarding and supporting customers by preparing, modifying, and importingvarious documents and data files into our proprietary software platform. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure a high standard of quality, accuracy, and timeliness across all deliverables.

  • Prepare, format, and import customer-provided reports, documents, and data files using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and ECP’s proprietary web-based platform
  • Modify and organize files for compatibility with import requirements and software specifications
  • Perform thorough quality assurance checks on customer documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness prior to and after import
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to file formatting, data integrity, and document quality
  • Ensure successful and reliable file imports that meet internal standards and customer expectations
  • Complete time-sensitive tasks within designated deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and reliability
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers, both verbally and in writing, to clarify requirements, provide status updates, resolve issues, and contribute to other team or departmental efforts to support cross-functional collaboration and shared goals.
  • Associate’s degree preferred

  • Strong analytical and crtiical thinking skills to develop next steps and ensure positive customer outcomes
  • At least 1-2 years’ work experience in a professional environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft products
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and correct errors in documents and data
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Solid written and verbalcommunication skills for collaboration across teams and with customers
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to proprietary software and new technology tools
  • Experience working in a data, operations, or document management role is a plus
  • Prior experience using web-based or SaaS platforms
  • Familiarity with data formatting, document standards, or import workflows
  • A remote work environment that is compliant with cybersecurity and other company workplace policies
