Job summary

Clario, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, develops regulated technology to support clinical trials and medical decision making. The Data Coordinator I role supports data accuracy and timely processing within the Clinical Data Management team.

This entry-level position offers hands-on training, exposure to diverse studies, sponsors, and global teams, and a path to grow within Clinical Data Management while enabling remote work in Costa Rica.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or at least one year related experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to review information carefully.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with multitasking ability.
• Effective written and verbal communication and collaboration across global teams.
• Proficient data-entry skills and basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Review and investigate data discrepancies and corrections in line with SOPs.
• Process source data, resolutions, and revisions across systems with accuracy.
• Manage assigned work to meet turnaround times and departmental goals.
• Maintain accurate study documentation and archive closed studies.
• Support data reconciliation and ensure sponsor-requested timelines.
• Collaborate with global Data Coordination and Data Management colleagues and share data quality insights.
