Job summary

Clario, a leading provider of endpoint data solutions for clinical trials, seeks an Imaging Research Associate I to coordinate site and operational activities across the full lifecycle of clinical imaging studies. You’ll work with project teams, sites, and sponsors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality data and deliverables.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; an Associate or Bachelor's degree in bioscience, computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with PC-based software including Word, Excel, email and databases.
• Knowledge of clinical trial processes and GCP guidelines is preferred.
• Ability to navigate computer networks and manage electronic files effectively.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage changing priorities and deadlines.
• Clear verbal and written communication and ability to collaborate with colleagues and study teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site and operational activities across the clinical imaging study lifecycle.
• Follow up on documentation to support site qualification and training coordination.
• Create test-run requests for sites and review, process, and monitor study data.
• Monitor data discrepancies, conduct IQC checks, and report issues per SOPs.
• Prepare BMD Scan Review Forms and support project managers with administration.
• Participate in project meetings, calls, and trainings.
