TELUS Health is seeking a Data Conversion Analyst to help move legacy client data into modern, reliable systems within our Retirement and Benefits Solutions division. You will analyze and validate data, support mapping, cleansing, reconciliation, and document findings, ensuring accuracy before production.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Finance, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–3 years of data analysis, data conversion, data migration, or related field.
• Authorized to work in the United States; travel within the U.S. as needed.
• Working knowledge of SQL to query, analyze, and validate data.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel (formulas, lookups, pivot tables).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and validate legacy client data against conversion specifications and business rules.
• Support data mapping, cleansing, and reconciliation, and document findings clearly.
• Run queries and checks to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and errors before they affect production.
• Support testing cycles by documenting results and logging issues for resolution.
• Prepare materials and capture notes and action items for client data workshops and meetings.
• Help explain TELUS Health's data structures and business rules to client teams in clear, practical terms.
• Share progress updates and data issues with project managers and senior team members.
• Work with Data Managers and subject matter experts to complete assigned tasks accurately and on time.
• Contribute ideas to improve conversion checklists, documentation, and processes.
