Ericsson Inc. is seeking an Associate Data Center Technician to support the installation, operation, and maintenance of equipment in Dallas, TX and surrounding Texas sites.

The role is entry-level and ideal for individuals starting a career in data center operations, telecommunications, or technical infrastructure. You will perform hands-on tasks such as equipment staging, cabling, and documentation while collaborating with senior team members to develop technical skills and advance within data

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
Technical certification or vocational training is a plus.
Basic understanding of computer hardware and networking.

Responsibilities

Receive, unpack, and stage equipment, consumables, and cabling.
Perform basic inventory checks against packing lists.
Assist with rack positioning, leveling, and preparation under guidance.
Install rack accessories and PDUs.
Support MACD moves, adds, changes, and disconnects under supervision.
Capture serial numbers, rack locations, and installation records.
Follow safety requirements and quality standards at all times.
