Job summary

Weeks Group is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition—Data Center Construction to lead nationwide recruitment for greenfield and brownfield data center projects. This is a hands‑on leadership role combining sourcing, interviewing, and close collaboration with the CEO to build scalable talent pipelines and modern recruiting processes.

Qualifications

• At least five years of progressive recruiting or talent‑acquisition experience with construction, engineering, or mission‑critical positions.
• Direct recruiting experience within data center, mission‑critical, or similarly complex environments.
• Understanding of greenfield vs brownfield construction inside live facilities.
• Able to speak credibly with construction executives, project managers, superintendents, and technical candidates.
• Advanced command of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, passive sourcing, talent mapping, and direct outreach.
• Proven ability to fill difficult, confidential, executive, technical, and geographically challenging roles.
• Strong interviewing, relationship-building, negotiation, writing, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches independently without sacrificing quality or confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Lead national talent acquisition strategy aligned with project pipeline.
• Meet with CEO to review hiring priorities and market conditions.
• Translate workforce needs into proactive sourcing and compensation advice.
• Establish recruiting processes, interview guides, and onboarding handoffs.
• Recommend technology, channels, and partnerships to strengthen the employer brand.
• Recruit senior, technical, operational, and field professionals for data center projects nationwide.
• Develop and maintain national talent pipelines and candidate relationships.
• Deliver excellent candidate experience and manage interview processes end‑to‑end.
