Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field; master’s preferred.
• 10+ years electrical construction experience in estimating, design/build estimating, and preconstruction.
• Experience leading large teams and coordinating with design/build and design/assist projects.

• Directs and supervises preconstruction managers and deliverables including estimates, engineering, scheduling and procurement.
• Develops and implements strategies for cost optimization and risk mitigation across data center projects.
• Builds and maintains client/subcontractor relationships and conducts high‑quality business development activities.
