Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join our Data Center team. You will configure, install, support, and maintain enterprise data center networks, bridging architectural designs with hands-on execution to ensure secure, reliable global network services.

You will lead deployment of routers, firewalls, and switches, participate in incident management, and collaborate with global teams on new installations and tech refreshes, while maintaining detailed network documentation.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in a complex, carrier or data center network environment.
Deep knowledge of BGP, EVPN, VXLAN fabrics.
Strong TCP/IP fundamentals, GBP, IP addressing and monitoring.
Willingness to operate in a 24/7 support model and report to data center sites.

Responsibilities

Lead infrastructure deployment: configure, deploy, support, and maintain routers, firewalls, and switches, with lifting up to 50 lbs.
Drive incident management and routine preventative maintenance.
Implement approved designs and adhere to monitoring, alerting, and change control processes.
Collaborate with global customers and partners; document network configurations.
Remote work; willingness to report to data center sites; 24/1 support model (weekends/holidays).
