Job summary

F6 Data Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Field Operations to lead the execution of commissioning, startup, and service work across multiple project sites for data center environments. You will own schedules, budgets, and client coordination, partnering with dispatch and field leadership to drive performance and on-time delivery.

This remote role requires strong ownership, a focus on cost control, and the ability to coordinate across distributed teams while maintaining safety

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management in field service, construction, or commissioning.
• Experience with data centers or mission-critical environments preferred.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and client relationships.
• Familiarity with time & material and milestone-based billing.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple active projects/sites from mobilization through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules aligned with client timelines.
• Coordinate startup, commissioning, and warranty service activities.
• Identify risks early and adjust plans to maintain performance.
• Partner with dispatch and operations to allocate technicians.
• Track project costs including labor, travel, and materials.
• Maintain strong client relationships and regular status updates.
• Ensure work complies with safety standards and regulations.
