The role involves working with dispatch, billing, and field leadership to drive performance, coordinate field teams, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance on diverse data center projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in field service or commissioning environments.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and client coordination skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple sites and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple active projects/sites from mobilization through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules aligned with client timelines.
• Coordinate startup, commissioning, and warranty service activities.
• Identify risks early and adjust plans to maintain performance.
• Monitor field productivity and address gaps in performance.
