Job summary

Arcadis in the United States is seeking a Construction Cost Controls Manager to support major data center programs. This remote role offers minimal travel and requires hands-on cost control across fit-outs, retrofits, and ground-up builds.

You will manage budgets, forecast costs, review invoices and change orders, and prepare monthly cost reports while coordinating with finance, procurement, and delivery teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering/Finance or related field.
• 7+ years in construction cost controls or project controls.
• Experience with large-scale data center or mission critical projects.
• Strong Excel, analytics, and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost controls for data center fit-out, retrofit, modernization, and new builds.
• Review invoices, change orders, and cost submissions with accuracy.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and variance analyses for leadership.
• Coordinate with project controls, finance, procurement and delivery teams.
