Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in construction cost controls, project controls, cost management.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and systems.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction cost controls for various data center projects.
• Review contractor invoices and payment applications.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and variance commentary.
• Support budget setup, cost tracking, and forecasting.
