• Experience with enterprise data governance platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead metadata onboarding and governance across business domains.
• Facilitate workshops with data owners, stewards, product owners, and tech partners.
• Define metadata standards, cataloging policies, and adoption playbooks.
• Partner with leadership to prioritize metadata initiatives and data products.
• Serve as a liaison between domain teams and Data Management & Governance.
• Identify governance gaps and opportunities to improve business value.
• Drive enterprise adoption through communications, training, and change management.
• Provide leadership across large-scale metadata initiatives with risk and delivery oversight.
• Analyze complex problems and determine best paths to high-quality outcomes.
