Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience implementing data governance frameworks and policies.
• Experience with IT and business in analyzing complex processes and data governance needs.
• Proven experience in data governance, data privacy, and data protection.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with Alation, including configuration of workflows and metadata ingestion.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution governance model for the Design & Delivery team with defined processes and agile practices.
• Maintain audit-ready execution with traceability through requirements, design, development, testing, and release.
• Own release management including change calendars, readiness validation, and deployment timing.
• Review and challenge design decisions to ensure scalability, governance, integration, and long-term sustainability.
• Ensure alignment of delivery with user needs, personas, and enterprise outcomes.
• Drive adoption metrics, metadata quality, onboarding velocity, and audit performance.
