Job summary

Huntington National Bank seeks a Data Catalog Delivery Lead to drive the enterprise data catalog strategy and governance. You will govern execution across the Data Catalog Team, align with Product, Metadata Governance, and Operations, and scale adoption and metadata coverage for business value.

You will own end-to-end delivery, reinforce design quality, and challenge decisions to ensure enterprise-scale solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in data governance or IT.
• Experience implementing data governance policy, standards, and controls.
• Experience with data privacy, data protection, and audits.
• Hands-on with data governance requirements and cross-functional analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own execution governance model for the Design & Delivery team, adhering to processes and agile practices.
• Maintain audit-ready execution with traceability from requirements to release with evidence.
• Own release management, including readiness validation and deployment timing.
• Coordinate and drive release readiness, change coordination, and deployment alignment.
• Review and challenge design decisions for scalability, governance, and long-term sustainability.
• Review testing strategies to ensure alignment with functionality and enterprise standards.
• Ensure delivery patterns are repeatable and reduce variability across implementations.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and ensure clear acceptance criteria and dependencies.
• Own and drive Alation platform capability including configuration and integration.
• Represent Data Catalog delivery and align with Product, Governance, and Data Safeguarding.
• Resolve execution risks and design gaps to maintain delivery commitments.
• Support long-term scalability, audit readiness, AI readiness, and integration maturity.
