iHeartMedia is seeking an organized operations support specialist to back our sales teams across digital and broadcast campaigns. You’ll ensure campaigns run smoothly, prepare proof of performance materials, and manage pre- and post-campaign logs.

The role requires excellent communication, mastery of Excel and PowerPoint, Salesforce experience is a plus, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is a remote, full-time hourly position based in Virginia.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint); Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales support professionals to provide proof of performance materials for local sellers.
• Ensure the success of advertising campaigns by providing up-to-date pre and post logs.
• Gather and trim airchecks of live campaign creative, ensuring accuracy of copy.
• Pull reporting metrics from various platforms to ensure data accuracy for digital and broadcast campaign performance.
• Communicate with Sales Team to clarify instructions and ensure accuracy of requests.
• Compile campaign data from various platforms into PowerPoint for client-facing overviews and recaps.
