Team Carney, Inc. is seeking a Data and Analytics Specialist to build reporting frameworks and executive dashboards for the FDA enterprise learning ecosystem.

You will reconcile learning records across systems, validate transcripts, and generate audit-ready compliance reports for FDA leadership and external oversight bodies. The role emphasizes Power BI, Tableau, and ServiceNow analytics, with a focus on data integrity, governance, and BI solutions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of progressive experience in data analytics, learning data management, or BI.
• Bachelor’s degree in a data-related field is required.
• Strong BI/reporting skills with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and ServiceNow.
• Experience validating data, reconciling transcripts, and audit reporting.
• Familiarity with LMS reporting structures and training compliance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards for enterprise learning.
• Oversee data integrity across learning systems and reconciliation processes.
• Develop analytics frameworks and compliance reporting for FDA leadership.
• Produce audit-ready reports for external oversight bodies.
