Job summary

Metrc LLC is seeking a Data Analyst to support data-driven decision making across internal teams and external partners. You will build dashboards, perform complex SQL analyses, and contribute to data governance and reporting initiatives.

You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders, ensure data quality, and help translate business needs into actionable analytics while advancing our regulatory cannabis tracking platform.

Qualifications

• Four years or more experience with Data Analysis and Analytics.
• Strong SQL proficiency and relational database interaction skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics or a related field; deep technical experience with Snowflake, SQL, Python, or R is valued.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy dashboards and reports using Tableau, Sigma, and other BI tools.
• Analyze complex data sets using SQL to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Administer BI platforms (Tableau Server, Sigma) and manage users, permissions, and content.
• Monitor data quality and verify report accuracy and reliability.
• Curate and organize data for reporting and maintain data dictionaries.
• Maintain and optimize DBT pipelines and document business requirements.
