Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Solutions Architect – Data Analytics to define and guide the enterprise data strategy centered on the Databricks Lakehouse Platform.

You will design scalable, secure data solutions enabling analytics, AI, ML, and operational reporting. The role blends hands-on architecture with leadership, collaborating across teams to translate business needs into automated, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

Extensive IaC experience with Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
Proven CI/CD expertise using Jenkins, GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
Strong cloud data solution design in Azure (Data Factory, Storage, ADLS).
Hands-on Databricks experience and data platform building.
BI/analytics data architectures with Power BI and Fabric familiarity.

Responsibilities

Define enterprise solution architecture and lead design across products.
Translate requirements into scalable, automated data solutions with Databricks.
Provide technical leadership and governance for security and compliance.
Mentor engineers and drive performance, reliability, and cost optimization.
Collaborate with business customers to align data capabilities with needs.
