Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or Operations Research
• 5 years of directly related work experience

Responsibilities

• Collect source data from multiple departments and design analyses, trends, and forecasting reports for dashboards and executive presentations.
• Develop processes, tools, and templates to enable efficient, accurate analyses and ensure data quality; implement automation where possible.
• Identify issues in core KPIs, drive changes, and document processes to maintain data integrity.
• Communicate complex topics clearly to internal teams and leadership; present findings and recommendations effectively.
• Lead data improvement efforts and ensure changes are properly documented and repeatable.
