Job summary

Intone Inc. is seeking a Project Manager/Scrum Master for a remote, contract role supporting our data management and analytics team.

You will lead agile teams, remove roadblocks, and ensure delivery in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You will mentor teammates, coordinate with stakeholders, and provide technical leadership for ETL and data warehousing efforts, using Scrum and SAFe practices as appropriate.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years as Scrum Master leading ETL, data conversion, or MDM projects.
Experience leading multiple agile teams and delivering BI/data warehousing work.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple agile teams using Scrum within data management and analytics projects.
Identify resources, monitor quality and timelines, and escalate issues as needed.
Mentor team members and foster strong team cohesion.
Manage progress and status using JIRA across projects.
Balance agile and traditional PM approaches to fit business needs.
Provide technical leadership to data management and analytics teams; assess risks and roadblocks.
Develop and present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional groups and organizational layers to deliver value.
Build customer trust by understanding and supporting business needs.
