Job summary

Executive Staff Recruiters / ESR Healthcare seeks a remote Project Manager/Scrum Master to drive agile initiatives across BI and data platforms. You will coordinate multiple Scrum teams, manage roadmaps, and ensure delivery of data-driven business outcomes in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Strong leadership, stakeholder communication, and deep knowledge of data management are essential. Prior experience with SAFe is preferred, and the role requires excellent cross-functional

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple agile teams using Scrum, especially for BI/data warehousing.
• Proficient in blending agile and traditional project management approaches.
• Strong team development, accountability, and obstacle removal.
• Ability to monitor work, identify resource needs, and escalate issues.
• Technical credibility in data management to assess risks and roadblocks.
• Experience managing team progress with JIRA.
• Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of SAFe (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple agile teams using Scrum methodologies for BI/data warehousing.
• Blend agile and traditional PM practices to fit projects and business needs.
• Mentor teams, remove blockers, and optimize capacity across teams.
• Monitor daily work, identify risks, and escalate issues to stakeholders.
