Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in data/marketing analytics or related field.
• 5+ years of data analytics experience across marketing and commercial domains.
• Proficiency with Power BI, SQL, Databricks, Adobe Analytics, Eloqua, Salesforce, and Generative AI tools.
• Experience with transactional and finance data and enterprise data platforms.
• SEO and organic search analysis experience with Semrush.

Responsibilities

• Build Power BI dashboards and reporting for leadership; ensure data tagging and flow across analytics tools.
• Model and analyze transactional/finance data to inform sales, pricing, and growth decisions.
• Lead organic search insight generation and set direction for global teams and contractors.
• Standardize campaign tagging and tracking; ensure end-to-end reporting reliability.
• Develop segmentation, funnel, and journey analyses using Salesforce/CRM data.
• Manage marketing/commercial initiatives end to end with detailed and portfolio-level plans in Smartsheet, Excel, and Workfront.
• Communicate status, deadlines, and risks; present options and recommendations to leadership.
• Collaborate across teams and drive automation and use of Generative AI for reporting.
