Peopleworth is seeking an experienced Data Analytics Lead Facilitator to support learners through a career-focused analytics program. This remote, fixed-term, part-time role combines live online facilitation, mentoring, assignment feedback, and community engagement.

The position involves about 4–6 hours per week on average, with more time during grading periods. You will facilitate live classes, host drop-ins, grade work, and guide learners with real-world analytics examples.

Formación

• Must have professional experience as a Data Analyst or related analytics role.
• Ability to explain technical ideas clearly to learners with varying experience.
• Experience facilitating, teaching, coaching, training, or mentoring others.
• Ability to provide constructive, actionable feedback.
• Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication for online facilitation and learner support.
• Collaborative approach with delivery and learner-support colleagues.
• Flexible, practical, problem-solving mindset for changing learner needs.
• Willingness to share real-world data analytics experience with learners.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate live online group classes with practical data analytics examples.
• Host regular online drop-in sessions for learner questions and assignments.
• Mark assignments and provide clear, actionable feedback.
• Foster engaging discussions and share real-world examples.
• Provide ad hoc one-to-one mentoring to learners.
• Participate in industry panel discussions with other facilitators.
• Set expectations on workload, timelines, and resources.
• Monitor learner engagement and progress to identify support needs.
• Coordinate with delivery and learner-support teams on progress and challenges.
• Support 20–50 assignment submissions per course with one-to-one help as needed.
• Contribute to a collaborative, people-centered performance culture.
• Offer growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
• Support flexible part-time remote work aligned with the fixed-term role.
• Apply data analytics experience to help develop emerging talent.
