Job summary

Natera is seeking a Manager of Data Analysis for Lab Production Support to lead one Extended-Hours Support shift team (Weekend, Early-Morning, or Late-Evening). You will apply advanced data analytics to support lab production operations, guide cross-functional partners, and drive process improvements while ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements.

The role offers exposure to cutting-edge genomics applications and a chance to impact patient care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field (Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science).
• Minimum 5 years in a highly regulated environment (e.g., CLIA/FDA).
• Minimum 5 years in data analysis and/or statistical modeling in data production.
• Minimum 2 years in a team management role.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements (HIPAA/FDA).
• Working knowledge of lab diagnostic processes and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the ExHS shift team, drive accountability and collaboration.
• Measure, report, and improve team operational effectiveness.
• Define and track team objectives aligned with organizational goals.
• Provide career growth, feedback, and performance assessments.
• Encourage ICs to propose process improvements and innovations.
• Resolve production escalations and coach on new technologies and guidelines.
• Manage tracking systems for workload, capacity, and SLAs.
• Represent ExHS teams in stakeholder meetings and report regularly.
• Translate analytics into actionable recommendations for cross-functional partners.
