Job summary

Drivetrain is a remote-first company building a financial planning and decision-support platform. You will work directly with customers to model their SaaS business, onboard them onto our platform, and manage data pipelines to unite data across sources for analytical dashboards.

You will craft and run SQL queries, map KPIs to data, and derive insights to influence customer success. As an early team member, you’ll help shape our data stack and company culture.

Responsibilities

• Map business models for SaaS customers and align with the Drivetrain platform.
• Onboard customers and build operating and financial plans.
• Develop and manage the data pipeline to consolidate customer data.
• Write complex SQL queries to integrate multiple data sources for dashboards and analytics.
• Define key KPIs and map them to data sources to drive customer progress.
• Provide insights on KPI impact and become the primary data contact for customers.
• Shape our data processing stack as an early team member.
