Job summary

Cardio Partners, a division of Sarnova HC, LLC, is seeking a Data Analyst to manage and analyze data across IT systems, support SQL-based reporting, and assist with web platforms. This role focuses on delivering accurate insights and maintaining reliable data workflows.

The ideal candidate will have strong SQL and Power BI skills, experience with data migrations or implementations, and the ability to collaborate with IT and business teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 46 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Advanced SQL skills (complex queries, joins, stored procedures, performance tuning).
• Hands-on experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard design).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with customer implementation projects (data migration, onboarding) preferred.
• Familiarity with ETL tools, APIs, and data integration concepts preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare or regulated environments preferred.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and data warehousing preferred.
• Experience with web platform administration and configuration a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize SQL queries for reporting and data validation.
• Design and build interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
• Support customer implementation projects including data migration and testing.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with security standards.
• Document processes and data workflows for internal knowledge sharing.
• Troubleshoot data-related issues across systems and integrations.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance reporting capabilities.
• Additional duties as assigned.
