Job summary

The ideal candidate will have strong SQL and Power BI skills, experience with data migrations or implementations, and the ability to collaborate with IT and business teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
  • 46 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Advanced SQL skills (complex queries, joins, stored procedures, performance tuning).
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard design).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with customer implementation projects (data migration, onboarding) preferred.
  • Familiarity with ETL tools, APIs, and data integration concepts preferred.
  • Knowledge of healthcare or regulated environments preferred.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and data warehousing preferred.
  • Experience with web platform administration and configuration a big plus.

Responsibilities

Summary

The Data Analyst will play a key role in managing and analyzing data across Sarnova's IT systems, supporting SQL-based reporting, web platform administration and configuration, and customer implementation projects. This position requires strong technical skills in SQL, Power BI dashboard development, and the ability to configure and maintain web-based platforms to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
