Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field as listed in the job description.
• 3+ years in a data-driven professional environment.
• Experience creating and managing reports and dashboards in Power BI or Tableau.
• SQL programming experience.
• Experience with database management and data structures.
• Experience working with electronic health record (EHR) systems and report development.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret healthcare and post-acute care data to support business initiatives.
• Develop, maintain, and distribute reports and dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze data.
• Perform data acquisition, cleansing, aggregation, and quality assessments across multiple data sources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting needs and recommend solutions.
• Navigate electronic health record systems to generate reports and business insights.
• Create presentations, reports, charts, and visualizations that communicate key findings.
• Support database management and data structure initiatives.
• Develop a strong understanding of TeamHealth data, processes, and business operations.
