Job summary

The CPS Store is seeking a Remote Data Analyst to uncover trends from sales data, website analytics, and customer feedback. You will transform data into actionable insights to shape product strategy, improve customer experience, and drive growth.

This full-time, remote position is based in Texas City, Texas, offering a competitive hourly wage of $25–$58 USD, commensurate with experience, with flexible hours and a mission-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Data Analyst or similar.
• Strong knowledge of reporting packages and databases (SQL, etc.).
• Experience with statistics and statistical packages (Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc.).
• Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to handle large data sets accurately.
• Strong verbal and written communication for non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, CS, Information Management, or Statistics.

Responsibilities

• Collecting and interpreting data from sales, website analytics, and customer feedback to identify patterns and trends.
• Developing databases, data collection systems, and analytics strategies for efficiency and quality.
• Creating and maintaining dashboards and reports to track KPIs for sales, marketing, and product performance.
• Analysing customer behaviour to support marketing optimisation and UX on the ecommerce platform.
• Collaborating with marketing, sales, and product teams for data-driven recommendations.
• Presenting findings to stakeholders to support strategic decisions.
• Ensuring data integrity across company reporting.
