The role focuses on data related to transaction products and wealth management, requiring strong SQL skills and familiarity with BI tools. Fluency in English is essential for international collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong SQL data extraction and analysis skills.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Volcengine DataWind.
• Analytical thinking with a structured, logical approach to problems.
• Able to communicate effectively in a fully English-speaking environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop core daily reports and in-depth business analysis reports.
• Build data analysis plans and optimize analysis frameworks.
• Identify limitations in current analyses and develop innovative methodologies.
• Provide actionable data insights to support business decisions for transaction and wealth products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, Marketing) to improve efficiency with data-driven insights.
