Job summary

PAA is seeking a Data Analyst within the Operations organization to bring analytical rigor to how clients perform on the Anna platform and what drives observed trends. You will partner with Client Success and Operations to convert large datasets into actionable insights and scalable data assets.

Work spans macro and micro views—QBRs, trend unpacking, and identifying opportunities from referral patterns across post-acute providers. You will be the go-to analytics expert across client-facing teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on data analyst experience across large, varied datasets.
• Fluent SQL; writing complex queries including joins, window functions, CTEs.
• Proficiency in Python or R for analysis (Pandas, notebooks, statistics).
• Data visualization skills in Tableau/Power BI/Looker or similar.
• Solid foundations in cohorting, benchmarking, distributions, and basic statistics.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or analytical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client performance against contractual goals, KPIs, and benchmarks on the Anna platform.
• Build reporting views for Client Success and account teams to gauge book-of-business health.
• Surface leading indicators of risk or opportunity before escalations.
• Support QBRs and executive reviews with reliable analytics.
• Develop reusable data assets (queries, models, dashboards, notebooks) for scale.
