Job summary

Post Acute Analytics Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst to turn large, varied datasets into actionable insights on the Anna platform. You will work with Client Success and Operations to deliver decision-ready analytics for quarterly reviews and client planning.

You will build book-of-business views, investigate utilization trends, and surface opportunities from referral patterns across post-acute providers, collaborating with leadership to sharpen analytical standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on data analyst experience with large datasets.
• Strong SQL skills: complex queries, joins, window functions, CTEs.
• Proficiency in Python or R for analysis (Pandas, notebooks).
• Data visualization experience in Tableau, Power BI, Looker.
• Solid statistical fundamentals and advanced Excel for ad hoc work.
• Ability to translate operational questions into clean analyses.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or analytical field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client performance against goals and KPIs on the Anna platform.
• Build and maintain reporting views for client success leaders.
• Surface indicators of client risk or opportunity.
• Support QBRs and executive reviews with analytics.
• Develop reusable data assets and dashboards.
• Partner with analytics leadership on standards.
